    MAJOR FUNCTION:

    Responsible for consistent vision design and development for all: Graphic, Brand, and Print collateral pieces to supplement current and future Department and Company needs, within the organization’s graphic standards and management direction. Responsible for producing public information to explain the Company’s services and programs.

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Designs, develops and produces graphic art for Company communication projects.
    2. Plans, creates and designs various printed materials such as brochures, posters, invitations and displays for public information publications.
    3. Plans, designs, regulates and produces corporate identity standards, catalogs, manuals, brochures, handbooks, and presentations.
    4. Develops the visual aspects for informational programs, which includes: pictorial displays, models, charts, graphs and other visual materials.
    5. Maintains a collection of past publications and company image database.
    6. Produces graphics for various trade exhibits.
    7. Directs all in-house art exhibits and Prepares artwork for printers and vendors.
    8. Coordinates and directs photo shoots with commercial photographers, as needed.
    9. Adheres to established deadlines, and Handles routine projects, often on a quick turnaround basis.
    10. Researches projects and collects necessary materials to complete them.
    11. Ensures continuity among the Company’s external and internal communications.
    12. Installs and maintains department software and equipment relating to graphic design.
    13. Works with agencies to ensure timely delivery of projects and provides graphic design support to agencies as necessary.
    14. Maintains effective practices and procedures for employees regarding safety, training, good housekeeping, and discipline in accordance to applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations, policies and procedures of TOTO.

    SPECIFICATIONS:

    Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field or combination of training and experience from an accredited, top tier art/design school. Minimum of (3) yrs graphic exp using a computer to generate print materials for business communication and/or advertising. Must have art/creative director level exp, the ability to execute print projects from start to finish (Paper design into a Mac computer, via Adobe Photo Shop and Quark Xpress); and Excellent written/verbal communication, as well as typography, copywriting and editing abilities.

    This is a non-supervisory position.

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    (3 to 5) years’ experience with Salesforce.com in an admin and sales support role. Advanced knowledge of Salesforce required. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Up to 25% travel may be required.

    MAJOR FUNCTION:

    Serve as the primary administrator of Salesforce. Supports implementation/utilization of Salesforce with daily communication internally and externally to TOTO Sales Team, Reps and Implementation Partner(s).

    COMPETENCIES:

    1. Salesforce User and System Support: including training on new functionality, troubleshooting: system and/or user issues, setting up new users with the correct user group access.
    2. Participates and contributes to Salesforce enhancements, including implementing new custom forms and maintaining existing forms. Is able to implement required triggers and/or workflows.
    3. Researches CRI (cost reduction initiatives) and recommendations.
    4. Provides reports as requested with utilization of the Salesforce Reporting System and is able to create custom dashboards as requested by user group.
    5. Supports and monitors the integration with Salesforce and JDE. Example: item registration and account creation. Ensuring that accounts are set-up in Salesforce as required and items are registered accurately for processing via the forms in Salesforce. Will be required to work with TOTO's IT department if there are integration issues between JDE and Salesforce (currently using Magic as our middleware).
    6. Assists the Sales Team / Reps on the maintenance of all showrooms in Salesforce and will work with TOTO's Marketing Department and their vendor to ensure that the TOTO USA's websites are receiving accurate information from Salesforce. Will also assist with any other integration projects based on data that is created/maintained in Saleforce that will be required on a TOTO USA website.
    7. Replies to miscellaneous Salesforce inquiries from all departments and manufacturer rep agencies.
    8. Prepares presentations as required to assist with training new functionality and/or refresh functionality.
    9. Assists with new sales personnel onboarding providing on/offsite Salesforce training .
    10. Assists with user database and content for Salesforce.com and extended platforms, including but not limited to: Live Chat, and SF Accelerator.
    11. Exhibits proficient knowledge of TOTO USA products.
    12. Monitor Salesforce updates and will identify requirements for TOTO USA.
    13. Will utilize training provided by Salesforce to enhance skill set.

    MAJOR FUNCTION:

    Handle calls, e-mails, and other correspondence from customers related to but not limited to Washlet/Neorest products. Customer Site Visits for Washlet and Neorest repairs. When necessary, provides technical assistance to customers, potential customers, sales, distributors, manufacturer representatives, etc. related to proper installation, product features, specifications, and applicable products to meet designated specifications.

    COMPETENCIES:

    1. Responds to customer telephone and email inquiries regarding installation problems or malfunctions as well as provide step by step instructions to alleviate problems or malfunctions.
    2. Organizes RGA database for patterns and trends and submit a monthly report.
    3. Makes sure all products have been replaced and are accurate on chart.
    4. As appropriated, provides specifications of company products to architects, engineers, manufacturer representatives, field sales, etc.
    5. Compiles claim data in order to form trend analysis as well as make product improvements.
    6. Provides documentation to customers and regulatory agencies denoting product specifications in order to verify compliance with local and state codes.
    7. Explains products and features to customers, potential customers, architects, engineers, plumbers, distributors, etc.

    10. Provides input on installation manuals for new and improved product and input on packaging specifications of company products for vendors.
    11. Trains new sales managers, customer service, manufacturer representatives, distributors, etc. on company products; and assists Product Engineering Manager as needed.
